By accessing and using the services provided by Clipmax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Clipmax provides AI-powered creator tools for generating, editing, and repurposing short-form video and related content. The service may include video analysis, transcription, clipping, captions, exports, workflow history, subscription management, and other creator workflow features we make available from time to time.

• You agree to use Clipmax's services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.
• Clipmax grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the services for your personal, creator, or business content workflows, subject to these TOS.

• You are solely responsible for any content you create, transmit, or display while using Clipmax's services and for the consequences of your actions.
• You may submit only videos, links, media, files, and other content that you own, created, or have permission to use. You are responsible for confirming that your use of third-party content is lawful and authorized.
• You agree not to upload, communicate, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

• You retain all ownership rights to the content you create or upload. However, by using Clipmax's services, you grant Clipmax a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, transcode, analyze, store, distribute, and display the content as reasonably necessary to provide, improve, secure, and support the service.
• Clipmax owns all rights to the software, applications, and intellectual property related to the service.

Clipmax reserves the right to terminate your access to the services without notice for any breach of these TOS.

Clipmax purchases and subscriptions are processed through Whop, which acts as the checkout, payment, and customer-portal provider for Clipmax plans.

All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds for any products or services once a transaction has been completed, except where required by applicable law or where Whop, as the payment and subscription management provider, determines otherwise under its own applicable policies. By making a purchase and getting access to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy.

• Clipmax plans are sold through Whop checkout. Your plan, membership status, billing interval, and available credits may be determined by the Whop product and plan you purchase.
• To attach a paid plan to your Clipmax account, you must sign in with the same email used at checkout or otherwise complete the verified membership-linking flow we provide.
• Credits and feature access may be granted, spent, expired, or refunded according to the plan and product rules shown in Clipmax and enforced by our billing system.
• Add-ons, plan changes, and future billing features may be offered separately and may have their own checkout, credit, or usage terms.

• Eligibility: All subscribers may cancel at any time at their choosing, no approval required. You may do so by following the steps outlined below.
• Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, sign in to Clipmax, visit your account center, and navigate to the secure billing portal powered by Whop. From there, you will be able to modify or cancel your plan. If you cannot access Billing or the portal, contact support@clipmax.io for help.
• Service Continuation: Upon cancellation, the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. The subscriber will continue to have full access to all features during this period.
• No Additional Charges: No further payments will be collected after the cancellation has been processed.
• Data Retention: Generally, data will be kept in case of reactivation. However, the Company reserves the right to delete any data upon cancellation. Please contact support if you wish to have your data removed in accordance to applicable privacy laws and our policy provisions.

Clipmax's services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age, or otherwise the minimum age as required in your jurisdiction to access and utilize services such as Clipmax. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we reserve the right to terminate their account and access to our services immediately.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Clipmax does not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

This website and the products offered are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any social media platform, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

Any examples of growth, reach, income, or earnings shown on this site are for illustrative purposes only and not guaranteed and may not represent typical results. Actual outcomes will vary depending on factors such as your content, effort, consistency, commitment, and audience.

Earnings and income representations made by Clipmax are aspirational statements only, and Clipmax does not promise or imply that you will achieve similar results. This is not a "get rich quick" program.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to Clipmax, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
