Billing and Subscription Information:

Clipmax uses Whop for checkout, payment, subscription management, and customer portal access. We may receive and store information from Whop needed to operate your Clipmax plan, such as your checkout email, Whop user or membership identifiers, plan and product identifiers, subscription status, billing interval, payment event identifiers, current billing period, cancellation status, and portal/manage URLs. We may receive limited billing metadata from Whop, but Clipmax does not receive or store your full payment card number. Card details are handled by Whop and its payment infrastructure.

Service Content and Outputs:

When you use Clipmax workflows, we may process and store source URLs, uploaded media, generated clips, transcripts, captions, workflow settings, job status, error messages, and related output files so we can provide the service, show your history, support retries, and debug failures.

Automated Information Collection:

When you access our Service, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of our Service, such as browser type, internet service provider (ISP), IP addresses, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies:
