We may receive and store information needed to operate your plan and maintain transaction records, such as your checkout email, purchased plan or add-on, subscription and payment status, billing interval and period, cancellation status, transaction identifiers, limited payment-method details, and fraud or dispute records. Payment details are handled by our payment providers; Clipmax does not receive or store your full payment card number.

Service Content and Outputs:

When you use Clipmax workflows, we may process and store source URLs, uploaded media, generated clips, transcripts, captions, workflow settings, job status, error messages, and related output files so we can provide the service, show your history, support retries, and debug failures.

Automated Information Collection:

When you use Clipmax, we may automatically collect information about your device and use of the service, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages or features used, timestamps, and diagnostic or log data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies:

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure Clipmax, remember preferences, understand how the service is used, and improve it. Analytics providers may receive information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, and interaction data. Payment-risk tools may process device, IP address, account, and transaction information to prevent fraud and support billing or disputes. Your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where Clipmax or its service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

Clipmax is not directed to individuals under 18 and may be used only by people who meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service.
