When you use Clipmax workflows, we may process and store source URLs, uploaded media, generated clips, transcripts, captions, workflow settings, job status, error messages, and related output files so we can provide the service, show your history, support retries, and debug failures.

When you use Clipmax, we may automatically collect information about your device and use of the service, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages or features used, timestamps, and diagnostic or log data.
